4. Export Controlled Information

A. User Responsibility

You agree not to upload or transmit:

  • Classified information

  • ITAR-controlled data without prior coordination

  • EAR-restricted technical data without proper authorization

  • Data restricted from transfer to a U.S. person

B. U.S. Persons Only

Cardinal Group LLC operates exclusively with U.S. persons for access to export-controlled technical data.

5. Government Regulatory Compliance

Where applicable, Cardinal Group LLC complies with:

  • FAR & DFARS

  • ITAR/EAR

  • NIST 800-171

  • DoD and Navy quality clauses

  • MIL-spec manufacturing standards

This website itself is not a secure communications platform.
Do not transmit CUI unless using secure approved channels.

6. Non-Solicitation / Non-Circumvention

By interacting with the Site or submitting an RFQ, you agree:

  • Not to circumvent, bypass, or directly contact any subcontractors or suppliers introduced by Cardinal Group LLC

  • Not to solicit our employees or subcontractors for competing services

  • Not to use proprietary pricing, relationships, or supplier data for competitive advantage

These obligations extend for two (2) years from the date of last interaction unless overridden by a contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is owned by Cardinal Group LLC.
You may not copy, replicate, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

We make no warranties regarding:
